Three men have been charged over an attack that left a man with serious head injuries at a storage centre in Adelaide’s western suburbs this morning.
Police were called to Circuit Drive, at Hendon, amid reports of an altercation between a group of men about 4:30am. The injured man was located in a shed and treated at the scene before being rushed to Royal Adelaide Hospital.
Police today said detectives had attended a property at Findon, in Adelaide’s west, and arrested two men over the incident. A 32-year-old Broadview man was charged with affray and a 30-year-old Findon man was charged with affray and assault causing serious harm. A 27-year-old Brompton man had also been arrested and charged with affray. All three men are expected to appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
CCTV vision shows multiple vehicles entering and exiting the business from 1:30am. A factory worker at a neighbouring property said the area was notorious for hoons doing burnouts. A policeman was shot with an arrow at the same business in 2017 while responding to a disturbance between two brothers.
